PLACEMENT POLICY:
Successful Trainee Senior Officer shall remain on probation for a period of 1(one) year. During this period an effective on the job training will be provided. Salary
SJIBL offers attractive compensation packages for Trainee Senior Officer. On probation, Trainee Senior Officer will receive monthly consolidated compensation of Tk. 30,000/-. After successful completion of probation period, initial salary package will be Tk. 41,975/- along with all other admissible benefits.

  • Providing portfolio analysis insights to all relevant stakeholders i.e. credit analysts, product team for the review of Product Program Guideline (PPG) on timely basis
