Job Description / Responsibility
Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL), a fully Shariah based modern Islami Bank, has very recently started its Family Empowerment Islamic Micro-Finance Program under Voluntary and Non-Formal Division. as a part of expansion of the program, recruitment of some experienced, self-motivated, aspiring and committed person for the post of Islamic Micro-finance Social Officer (contractual) with the following criteria are needed:

Educational Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements : At least 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 30 year(s)
• At least 02 (two) years field level experience in Microfinance and having keen interest in Islamic Micro Finance.
• Age not over 30 (thirty) years as on 20.09.2015.
• Ability to conduct house to house survey to select potential clients/form cluster and prepare investment proposal under the supervision of Branch’s Investment department.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates (the program expands it’s coverage in Homna Branch, Comilla, Laksham Road Branch, Comilla, College Road Branch, Debidwar, Comilla, Kachua Branch, Chandpur, Angaria Bazar Branch, Shariatpur, Syedpur Branch, Nilphamari and Koyra Bazar Branch, Jamalpur)
• Candidates should have computer literacy.

Job Location : Chandpur, Comilla, Jamalpur, Nilphamari, Shariatpur

Salary Range : Tk. 12000 - 15000
