Job Context
ICB Islamic Bank Ltd. a shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic individual for the position of "Officer-Human Resources"
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to :
Provide legal opinion on different issues, including on land documents, Title search from concern authorities.
Draft legal documents, like legal notice, plaints and other petitions before the court.
Look after the cases on behalf of the Bank and follow up regularly.
Vetting of legal official documents like sale deeds, allotment agreement and deed of agreement for all departments ensuring all kind of risks and regulatory compliance.
Maintain liaise and coordinate with different law firms, vendors over legal issues of the Bank.
Complete all kind of registration in concern Sub-registrar office and Mutation procedure.
