Job Responsibilities
Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard
Ensure first contact resolution in every possible cases
Effectively follow up and escalate the queries and complaints where necessary
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements
Graduation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
Additional Requirements
Prior experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, freshers are also encouraged to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & office packages
Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
